I have to agree with one of the victims of this crime: It sounds like a movie plot. Thanks to Channel 4 for this tale of the perils of lining up paid sex on-line.

An 18-year-old Conway youth engaged a sex worker from an on-line site for $240, but, said a Conway police spokesman, "things went south from there."
According to the victim, when his roommate and the woman started arguing over the payment, two men entered the home with guns, demanding money, threatening to kill the two teens.
"The said put your face on the ground, so I did," the victim said. "And they tied our feet and wrists together with electronics cords. "
The two youths were eventually able to escape and reach police, reporting theft of cell phones, debit cards and an X-box.
