* MORE OUTDOOR NEWS: DEER POACHERS BUSTED: The state Game and Fish Commission says 13 people from rural Sevier County and rural McCurtain County, Okla., have been issued 32 game violation citations and 25 warnings for a deer poaching operATION. A 14-month investigation concluded the group took 45 deer over bag limits. Arkansas and Oklahoma officers worked along with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Bond amounts on the violation total almost $24,000.
